We try to pack all of our orders within 72 hours and shipped using a 48 hour service. We expect orders to be with you within 3-4 working days however it can be longer if we are very busy .
All of our Raw products are delivered in temperature controlled boxes, which are designed to keep your food frozen or cold enough to refreeze. Raw food may arrive slightly defrosted or soft, this is normal, it is quite safe to refreeze so we recommend to just pop them straight into your freezer as they can be refrozen once . Thankyou !
