Refunds + Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Pawstohooves . We try to do all that we can to hope you love your purchases and all item(s) get to you safely!  However, we accept returns if your item(s), arrive extremely damaged . Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or because you do not like the item. We Only accept returns on Broken or Extremely damaged items ( by our own discretion) . If you need to return items please get in contact with us, either through email, Instagram or Facebook and provide a image of the damaged items. You may return the item(s) to us within 7 days. Please note, we are unable to accept refunds after this period. Any costs to Return items are the buyers responsibility. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive store credit after a inspection. Original Delivery fees are unfortunately unable to be refunded.

If the return is approved, your store credit will be processed. It usually takes upto 24 hours to receive your store credit.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on damaged items. For example, if you received a broken item (e.g.  a deer leg snapped in half) , we can resend a new item that is the same ( e.g. we will send another deer leg ).

If you need to exchange items please get in contact with us, either through email, Instagram or Facebook and provide a image of the damaged items. You may exchange the item(s) to us within 7 days. Please note, we are unable to accept exchanges after this period.

How to return

UK only

After emailing, or messaging us through Instagram or Facebook, We will send you the return address. Please then repackage the item(s) and send them back to us.

To complete your return,  If you choose to return your item(s) you will be responsible for the cost. Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items Unarrived or lost in transit.

International returns

After emailing, or messaging us through Instagram or Facebook, We will send you the return address. Please then repackage the item(s) and send them back to us.


You will be required to pay for postage including any duties / taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements. Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Late or missing refunds

If you cannot access your store credit. This can take up to 7 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact us we should be able to help!
